I’ve been a loyal customer here for a while, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The entire team is professional, talented, and welcoming, and the shop itself is always spotless and inviting. My nail technician Harry is incredibly skilled every set of nails I get is flawless, long-lasting, and exactly what I envisioned (sometimes even better than I imagined!). They pay attention to detail, take their time to ensure perfection, and always make me feel comfortable and cared for. What I love most is the consistency: whether I’m coming in for a simple manicure or a more intricate design, I always leave impressed and happy. The salon maintains a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism, which makes me feel completely at ease. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated like family while receiving top-quality service, this is it. I can’t recommend them enough I won’t go anywhere else!

Lovely experience at regal nails; offered a welcome drink and biscuit free of charge which is a nice touch. Really comfy chairs and aesthetic in the salon. Will definitely come back

I come here all the time , it used to be very good however my last visit I asked for Biab on my own nails the guy cut my own nails down to the skin and then filed them with the drill so much I have cuts and burns around my fingers. He applied that much Biab that it was dripping off and set solid to my fingers and the skin around them.He then had to file more to get them to look “half decent “ the shop got extremely busy shortly after I arrived and I felt like it was such a rush because of this. there was staff swapping and changing constantly meaning there was no consistency and my nails in my opinion are horrible. Short stumpy and Biab is far too thick , certain nails look like pink blobs you can see the cuts are soreness around my fingers and nails are also painful in general , I also asked for a nude Biab and got given pink . But trying to communicate and sort this was proving hard. I then had my toenails done , I had acrylic on my big toe nails and the guy filed it all of despite me asking him not too ! So the lady had to come fix them.but didn’t offer the replace the acrylic he had taken off .It’s a great shop and the staff are lovely and very talented but one person needs to do your nails not 3/4 it’s crazy , and maybe not rush your nails when it’s busy trying to accommodate all the walk ins on top of appointments that are pre booked. it’s made me now look for a new nails shop unfortunately.

Myself and my girls all had our nails done and I cannot recommend enough. We all picked lovely designs and they didn’t disappoint x lovely people all very welcoming would definitely recommend and will be returning thank you again 3 very happy customers
