Wouldn't give 1star if I could but I have to unfortunately, came to fill up with diesel parked with fuel cap facing away from the pump, picked the pump inserted it in to the car so it fit and reaches because i was waiting for the pump to be zeroed to hear over the speaker a bark of can you move to a easier pump!!! Has the pump was already in the car so I cease to see what was hard or going to be hard bout that pump other then the blonde woman inside power trapping.... So went to Tesco's did the exactly the same thing with no problem thank you Tesco's. Pics to show what I did at Tesco's which was what I tried to do at shell. But just a stupid power tripping cashier

Zero stars for customer service today. Appalling. Arrived to find all pumps in use to my side of fuel tank, so as I've done before I parked close and simply manoeuvred the pump around back of the car. Annoy shout at me to move to another pump which had now become free. I did this and went to pay. I asked the young assistant why and he said I was 'damaging the pipe'. I replied I'd never been asked at this station to move before he replied 'well I am asking now'. Absolutely appalling attitude, I asked for the supervisors name only to be huffed at and given a scrawl on a post it note. Perhaps this young man had spilled his milkshake earlier who knows, but definitely a Kevin & Perry type attitude. Avoid if you want any level of service. Shelll and Asda must have a 'how to deliver poor service' section in their training manual.

Displays pay point stickers and logos. When trying to use pay point for a transaction, cashier states "we don't do that" ... When countered with " you have the logos in all of your windows of course you do that" "No we've never done that and we don't do that" ... Why offer and advertise a service and then refuse it. Rude and arrogant cashier also

Garbage service at its finest. This would be my one and last visit to this petrol station. The cashier will use the station's speaker to yell at you when your car is not facing the way they want you to, which is facing the store. No marking on the ground whatsoever saying that you can ONLY park facing the store, not at the pump, not on the driveway, not anywhere. It's like they don't know there is a reverse gear in a car that you can back out of their one-way design driveway. The whole petrol station was empty and they still needed to use the speaker to yell at people just because you didn't park the way they wanted. Just make sure you park right if you go there coz I sure as hell won't return to a station with retarded service like that.
