ASDA Pharmacy

Terrible service. Turned up at 12:20 to have a sign slammed in front of me by an extremely rude ladyb that said pharamasist was on her break 12:30 - 13:00. She then proceded to tell me to hurry up as the pharmasist wanted to go on lunch. I told said woman behind counter what my issue was and could I quickly speak to the pharmasist but she just kept on trying to throw products at me even though I said it was my sinuses that were playing me up, not a cold or allergies and that I was in pain. I just wanted professional advice on what was required but she just kept telling me to hurry up. Never have I met such a rude person working at Asda, she should be ashamed of how she speaks to people, especially whent hey could be under distress through illness. Looking at other reviews...Asda, sort your pharmacy staff out, educate them in politeness please.

Went today to pick up prescription. The cashier was talking about random stuff with two women, completely ignoring me waiting and when she finally stopped talking, she said that the pharmasist has now gone for lunch and come back later. She pointed to sign'closed 14.00-15.00' it was 14.01. I was fuming. She had ignored me for 5 minutes while chatting to friends when I was on time and could of been served. Unable now to go back until Friday due to l work long hours.

One of the slowest pharmacies I have used in my life in 6 different countries. There is a lot of staff that is always doing but things never happen. One lady is nice and the rest have attitude issues. Do not use this service and if you do, take the time to leave complaints as the lack of accountability comes, among other things, from people not taking the time to report these behaviours.

Booked flu jab online. I turned up on time to be told none available and not had any over a week. Never contacted me to me know. Service and attitude of staff terrible. Don't use.

Abysmal service. You go in to collect your prescription, stand around in a queue of about 2 people for 20+ minutes only to be told "We don't have it in stock, but we can order it for you if you want to come back in a couple of days". You go back in a couple of days to repeat the process over and over again until you get to the point where they return the prescription to you so you can try elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and just register at a different pharmacy in the first place
