Always helpful and friendly, with good advice if one has a mild ailment that doesn't warrant a visit to the GP. I would never be afraid to ask the helpful staff or the pharmacist for help. And they are never in too much hurry to have a brief chat which is invaluable medicine in itself.
this is our regular pharmacy, and we use them for all our prescription drugs and between us it's a lot!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful and although there are mix ups and confusion sometimes (it happens! ) Nothing is too much trouble and they always sort it out for us.
They are very professional and courteous and try to deal with your situation.
