Staff is very polite, quick service.
One particular staff member thought it was OK to air her opinions about my disabled mother as soon as I entered the chemist I was verbally attacked, making false accusations towards my mother with such vulgar attitude towards me infront of staff members and customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Very unprofessional and discrimination towards my mother. She should be ashamed of herself.
My local Day Lewis Pharmacy on Newland Avenue in Hull is the best pharmacy I have ever used for my regular medication needs in my area. Staff are always friendly and efficient. You can expect very little waiting time in store as they are adequately staffed to prevent any long queues.
Not my usual place, but I went in yesterday and though it was quite busy the pharmacist (Ewa) came out to see me almost immediately and was very helpful and friendly.
