Every time I pick up my prescriptions there's never a pharmacist so they can't issue. Been twice already today and still waiting on the arrival of the pharmacist it's now 10:15 . Fingers crossed third time lucky.

Had a flu and covid appointment booked for 9.10am arrived at the shop on time and the shutters where closed and about 4 people waiting!!! 9.15 a staff member appeared and we go in. Was then told I couldn't have my jabs till pharmacist arrived, he won't be long!!! 9.50 he rocks up, was told by another customer this is a regular occurrence, knew I should have gone Morril street but as this was nearer?? Shop is a bit of a mess also, wouldn't bother anytime before 10am in my opinion.

I always use this pharmacy. Never had any issues with them. always helpful and friendly staff, its clean and never waiting too long maybe a few minutes for my prescriptions.
