I have consistently found the majority of staff at this pharmacy to be unfriendly and unapproachable, often seeming like they are doing their job reluctantly. On one occasion, a pharmacist raised her voice at me and argued unnecessarily, simply because I asked for the names and dosages of the medicines on my prescription. Most seriously, my child recently received amoxicillin suspension that was not properly prepared, with a lot of undissolved powder at the bottom. Despite shaking the bottle well before each dose, it was clear that the medication had been prepared incorrectly. This raises serious concerns about competence and attention to detail at this pharmacy. Overall, the experience has been disappointing and has shaken my confidence in the safety and professionalism of this pharmacy.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. The staff were unfriendly and unwilling to provide clear and important information about the medications being dispensed. Asking basic questions felt like an inconvenience to them, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. What is far more serious is their lack of competence in preparing medications. My son was given an antibiotic that was incorrectly mixed. The powder, which should have been fully dissolved, was left sitting at the bottom of the bottle. Because I am not a medical professional, I only noticed this after four days of administering the medication. This is not a minor mistake — it directly affects a child’s treatment and recovery. Incorrectly prepared antibiotics can lead to ineffective treatment and potential health risks. I expect a pharmacy to meet basic professional and safety standards. Unfortunately, this one failed on both customer care and medication handling. I would not recommend this pharmacy, especially to parents of young children.
