Everybody giving bad reviews about this place, my question is,have you actually been in the store? Or you just going off the bad reputation the area has? Every time I’ve been here, which is usually 2-3 times per week, the staff have been nothing but kind & extremely helpful towards me. I can’t fault the staff here, especially how kind they are. I will mention the pharmacist because he deserves recognition for his hard work. He actually cares about his customers, he’s not one of them pharmacists who sit around doing nothing. I can’t praise this pharmacy enough. It’s a pleasure to come here. Please give the store a chance, just because it’s at the bottom of the worse street in Hull, doesn’t mean the shops a no go zone. Thank you for being so kind & compassionate towards me especially having had a terrible experience at JHOOTS🥹thanks again
Not the best for answearing the phone been ringing since 13-19 hours Mon 29th 2021 until 14-00hour not one staff member bothered picking up the phone. If your hands are that called and can not pick up the phone then you may as well close specially when it's to do with prescriptions. If not get an heater.
Staff seem to have a preference over smack heads to other patients using there chemist , I've noticed this on a few occasions whilst picking up my girlfriend's medication that nothing is to much trouble for them and we'll bend over backwards to help them but when I ask why there is an owing item yet again they can't be bothered to deal with me and get a bit annoyed with my asking when I've simply asked a question and been fair towards them as I no it's not there fault but there attitude towards smacks heads is nicer goin to stop using this place staff are useless and the place is like a crack house .
The pharmacy was well stocked with a good selection of products and appeared clean. Staff were polite and prompt in dealing with my prescriptions. Overall, I had a very good experience with this pharmacy.
Just came in here to buy hay fever tablets and they were all locked away (not surprising given the area this pharmacy is in) so I went and stood at the till for 5 minutes to be totally blanked by the woman behind the till sorting out medication into the baskets. So rude and ignorant. I left and will now take my custom elsewhere
