Worst pharmacy hull royal has ever had, second time using both times major problems caused!! First time being akward, then dtopping prem babies meds so had to go without even lomger. Today went to pick up meds for my holiday, they cant even be bothered to havr a pharmacist on duty, therefore cant dispense meds, cant even tell you how long before one arrives, but nevermind not them thats got a huge problem now is it. DO NOT USE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!
What a farce! Ordered and paid for two prescriptions that had to be posted as they didn't have the brain tumor medication on stock. Two weeks later nothing delivered and no one answers the phone!
Very busy pharmacy but staff were brilliant and friendly
Was ignored and looked up and down by an older lady who worked there whilst I was waiting like everyone else, thankfully someone else came and helped me and was helpful.
