Wilberforce Pharmacy Travel Vaccination Clinic and Yellow Fever Centre

If I could give 0 stars for this pharmacy, I would have done that. The staff was extremely rude on the phone when I booked an appointment for vaccination. The next day when I arrive for the appointment, I was told at the desk that clinician can’t make it to work. I was appalled at the audacity of the staff as they casually said to me that appointment cannot happen. I took off from work and went out of my way to reach the place only to get a “sorry” when I told them atleast I should have been informed in advance about cancellation. The staff has no respect for any customer’s time. Would urge others to go to a better pharmacy. Highly disappointed!

I was promptly attended to and staff was very helpful in providing information on where to get treatment and required prescription as an out of country patient. Highly recommended.

Gave my husband the wrong prescription and refused to take it back. Continued to lie to him that it was prescribed a couple of days ago and that his actual prescription would take at least 24 hours to arrive. They're going to demand payment for that one too. That's £20 they'll be scamming us out of. They didn't even let him know what medication he was getting and they're complaining that the bag was open. How are we supposed to know what we got if you don't tell us and we don't open the bag? We don't have super powers. They gave him tablets instead of a cream. Huge difference! Every single time we go there, there's a problem. Staff not doing their job right, giving wrong information, talking or watching stuff on their phones instead of attending to the customers. Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever seen and been to in my entire existence. On top of that, they give you attitude because you interrupted their doom scrolling. Would give 0 or even minus stars if I could.

Super fast service for prescription, was ready within a few mins

Pharmacist is okay, treatment was provided but no advice or discussion. Other staff are rude and disinterested, clearly don’t want to work there. I was given incorrect info about when/how to take the prescription because they want you out as soon as possible (although I was the only person in there). Will avoid this pharmacy in future.
