Highly recommend this company. Very knowledgeable and professional. A comprehensive investigation was undertaken for the quote, so all aspects of the job were explained clearly. On installation day the team were quick and efficient, friendly and polite. Once job was completed they left the site clean and tidy. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

Unlike some companies that seek quick profits without considering customer needs, Paul demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. He sent Joe to fix it, who was both professional and efficient. This company and its staff are the best I’ve ever encountered. They also have an excellent system to keep customers informed from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. What a star! He had to work in amongst cobwebs and dirt in a very cramped outbuilding. Even though his clothes were all mucked up he didn't complain....just got on with the job. The boiler is very old but he identified the problem straight away...fixed it...and I now have heating for the first time in weeks. I would highly recommend your services to anyone no matter how big or small the job. Very reasonable price too!

Great company to deal with from the original booking made with Paul to co-ordinate with the sweep I had booked, to Nick who came to service a fire and a boiler and to fit a new valve to my toilet cistern. He was on time did a great job, very clean and tidy. Discovered a problem with the gas pressure and called out Northern Gas to deal with it. Very professional, friendly and approachable. Claire was very helpful when I called and arranged for Nick to come back to check a smell of gas left after the Northern Gas engineer had worked on the meter. Altogether extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.
