Unfortunately we had to close our Air bnb recently which had a 1 Yr old Large 6 seater Jacuzzi Hot Tub. We managed to sell the Hot Tub fairly quickly to a family living about an hour away and started looking for a professional company to move it for us. Phil at Your Hot Tub Movers was recommended by a friend so we didn’t hesitate to contact him. We provided Phil with plenty of photographs of our collection address to demonstrate ease of access and so did the family receiving the Hot Tub. Phil provided a very competitive quotation for the move and we booked his services straight away and agreed a collection date which worked well for everyone. When you own a top quality Hot Tub you want to ensure it’s handled by a professional and competent company and Phil and his team were brilliant from start to finish. My husband and I watched the handling and loading process by the team and can say how professional they were. The Hot Tub was definitely loaded well and secured down with straps using protectors to avoid causing any damage to the Hot Tub in transit which included wrapping the full Hot Tub panelling with polythene. Recently used Your Hot Tub movers to transfer a hot tub from my sisters house to my own. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. After a bit of an under measurement at our end the tub was proving difficult to get out the garden but Phil and his team literally tried everything to get it out, they were so careful as to not damage the hot tub in the process and find a way so they didn't have to let us down. Would definitely recommend this company!

Fantastic service by Phil (& Ray) from start to finish. Great prices and availability for moving / transporting tubs. Just wanted mine moving from one area in garden to another and these guys made it look so easy. Really considerate before getting ready to move the tub so as not to damage the tub or anything in the way. Once tub was at new location they were in no rush to shoot off until I was happy with the position of it. Really friendly guys and would definitely recommend Your Hot Tub Movers. Thanks again.

I recently contacted Phil to make an enquiry about costings to move a hot tub before purchasing it. He asked for pictures of both properties including street access, driveways,gardens and assessed them in order to quote accurately. I was very impressed with the price and continued with my purchase. A date was set which was convenient for all 3 parties involved which was only about 2 weeks which I was thrilled about. Nearer the date I received confirmation of a time of collection and rough estimate of delivery. It went so smoothly I'd even managed to arrange an electrician to turn up as they finished! The tub was well protected so very surprised to read the negative review. I would certainly recommend and would use his services again with no hesitation. Excellent service and price with a friendly professional manor.
