Our 2nd time using Liam, very happy with both jobs we had done, polite and no issues from turning up soon after first contacted to assess the problem to having the work completed

Had work carried out by Liam last week, work is immaculate nothing was to much to ask. Very helpful at explaining what needed to be done and why, price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again

Liam was quick to come round and give me a quote for some work on our bay roof and conservatory. The price was good and all of the work carried out to a really high standard. I highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation using them again the future.

We had a leaking roof that was originally repaired by these guys in November 2022. At first all was good, they came on time, did the job and even guaranteed their work for 3 years. Unfortunately that is where the good part stops. In October 2023 our roof began leaking in the exact same place again, so I called them back as the work was guaranteed. I spoke to Liam who didn't seem overly enthusiastic about coming out to do warranty work, however he said he would send someone out to look at it. After waiting a week and not hearing anything I called again only to find out Liam had gone on holiday and not mentioned anything about our roof to anyone. One of his guys came round, and told me they would be back in the next day or so to investigate. Once again a week passed without any further contact. So I called again to be met with a rather stroppy response that because of the rain they couldn't do anything and would get to me on a dry day (we had already had several in the past week). Eventually I managed to get hold of Liam again and a month after I initially contacted him he finally came round to "fix" my leak. The "fix" didn't hold and yet again my bedroom ceiling had water dripping through it when it rained. I spent a few days calling him to try and get the matter resolved, but every time I called it rang through to voicemail (almost as if he was ignoring me). So today I tried calling him on my wife's phone and surprise surprise he answered straight away. He the proceeded to get rather stroppy with me when I told him that my roof was still leaking and that I thought he had been purposely ignoring my calls. Needless to say "warranty" or not I will not be letting him or his employees anywhere near my roof again. In short - If there's money in it for him he will be there like a shot, if not be prepared for a lot of chasing to try and get him to honour a warranty that he freely offered.

Liam replied to my gutter repair enquiry superfast, wanted to come next day (Saturday) to inspect but as I was away I sent photos and a video. Liam arrived Monday morning to repair, completed and tidied after himself. Kept me informed all Monday on when he would arrive and when on his way. Excellent work, friendly, courteous and very reasonably priced, would definitely use again.
