Burstalls Solicitors

Burstalls are dealing with transfer in deeds for a property for us at present. 10 weeks in (with no searches required, chain or complications) and still no end in sight. We have been told they won't give any time lines and simply 'they have other jobs on' which is why it is taking so long. Having dealt with other firms in various land purchases in the past, I have been shocked by the lack of communication/accountability on their behalf.

Wish I could give no stars, we are currently purchasing a house and they are the vendors solicitor. What an unprofessional company, they have delayed the sale by over 3 weeks to date and now just announced that the person dealing with the sale is on holiday so a further 2 weeks delay. What joke!!! Would NOT recommend to anyone.

Very good. My Mum and Dad have used them for wills and now to sell their house. My Sister used it for her divorce a few years ago, and she rated them very highly.

12 months ago i was contacted by these to ask what i would like to take from my recently deceased mothers property. 2 of my children asked for plants and despite reminders we are still waiting to collect . We presume they will be dead now and the plants were of sentimental value and cannot be replaced. Highly insensitive and would strongly advise to seek advice elsewhere.
