Uche Akali of Hallmark Solicitor's Hull has no morals, the law is a tool for her to extract money from unsuspecting people. Her staff know more about law than she does and that's blatantly obvious when you have any engagement with her. I am not a customer, yet I have been on the receiving end of Hallmark Solicitor's Hull trying to terrorise my company - but a judge saw right through this immediately. Notwithstanding, Hallmark Solicitor's Hull is trying to relitigate a case that has already been struck out. Hallmark Solicitor's Hull are trying to operate outside the law with the sole mission of taking clients money with no chance of success. A District Judge has already stated Hallmark Solicitor's Hull have seriously over charged their fee during a CCMC hearing add a breach of CPR and Pre-Action Protocol - Hallmark went to court and lost. I can post all court orders... Utterly disgraceful.
