I contacted Hudgell Solicitors about a medical negligence claim for my partner, who has been left in extreme pain and serious health decline while in prison. Despite detailed explanations of exposed dental nerves left untreated for over 13 weeks, overdosing due to unbearable agony, and alarming symptoms like vomiting blood and bleeding from his anus, their response focused narrowly on medication issues and dismissed the broader, more serious neglect.They failed to properly address the long delays in hospital treatment and ignored the repeated warnings of life-threatening symptoms. I felt our concerns were not taken seriously and suspect his status as a prisoner played a role. Another firm has now taken on the case with full attention to these issues. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Hudgell Solicitors.
