Serena has been outstanding from the start and throughout our VISA application. She is an absolute professional and has been fantastic to deal with. She reviewed our individual situation thoroughly and gave clear instructions to us of what she needed to support our case. Her attention to detail and timekeeping have been second to none. In short: I have a UK Visa! Highly recommended! At length: Serena and the team were absolutely lovely and happy to help with everything. Very responsive and professional. Serena had our backs and escalated when there was home office "misunderstandings"- which were dealt with beautifully on her end! A tip, from me to You; The process can take a little time, depending on the priority route you've chosen. Make sure to go through the to-do list that Serena sends over. Ask questions.
