We went to see Abba Voyage for a one night trip in London,we got on at Hull station and stopped of at Analby, Lincoln,North hykerham,Newark,Ilkeston and leicester.what an absolute joke who plans the trips???, I had my mum with me who's not far of 80 years old you made us travel around about 10 hours just to get to bloody London, obviously got the stop of at service stations .we was absolutely shattered and frustrated you made us travel that far.... Then when we arrived at the Hotel moxy in Stamford the hotel looked beautiful was all modern. But when we got to our room the window was wide open the heating didn't bloody work .we was all night freezing in our rooms I could of cried and not to mention the bloody trains going past every min making a racket(but you can't help the trains in all fairness) breakfast was just ok mostly cold but ok ..Abba voyage was absolutely fantastic probably because national holidays never had nothing to do with it ... The three bus drivers we had on the trip ,yes 3 was so nice the last driver we had I think had just passed his test the way he was driving slow and didn't know where he was going the customers on bus had to guide him with there sat navs (not drivers fault he was thrown in at deep end ) some from our coach trip took train back home because that couldn't bare thought of the long long long journey back home . I on other hand had to endure the pain once again.traveling back .my mam was in that much pain with her back she was nearly sick four times in bus ... I always do coach trips but this is first and last time I would ever use this company. I myself train and deal with lorry drivers because so I in fact know about planning and this was bad planning.noone ever thought about the passengers mental state after travelling for so long and intact on way back never thought of the safety of the passengers getting home so late on the night .bearing on mind alot are old people ,think we got back around 11 on the night... Disgrace national holidays absolute disgrace

Did the London and Harry Potter studio tour from Hull thoroughly enjoyed it, the driver was great, the hotel was lovely very comfortable and there was everything you could want for breakfast very enjoyable breakfast the only thing that let it down was the travelling. We were taken into London to meet up with a Harry Potter bus this took nearly an hour and then we still had to wait 45 minutes to get on the Harry Potter bus. When we finally set off we went back the same way we had come it took nearly an hour to get to the Harry Potter studios. So in all it took us nearly 3 hours to get to the HP studios. Totally pointless travelling time!! you could get rid of the HP bus and the price of that could be taken off the price of the whole trip, with no great loss and it wouldn't spoil your enjoyment of the tour

picked us up from hull at 5am... didnt get to edinburgh until 1pm and gave us 3 hours (!!???) only in edinburgh. apalling food in the hotel on the evening.... cuppa soups dressed up as cream of tomato 🤣 to top it off they gave us only 3 hours in glasgow the next day then straight back home. we spent more time on the coach than exploring. terrible. they didnt give us the plan until it was too late to cancel yet when i booked they told m we would get 5/6 hours exploration time. a total waste of money

I won't use this company again the coach space was rather small not much leg room, to the point my legs was badly hurting with cramp. I made a complaint about my travel and this company didn't respond to my complaint. This company used a very cheap hotel for dinner so half of us didn't get any dinner as the food ran out but the coach driver who didn't pay anything got a free drink and plenty of food to eat which is disgusting considering we paid for our coach trip. Also this company over charges for the Liverpool and coronation street tour, where as I recently booked with Caledonian for the same trip and its alot cheaper than National Holidays it's worth checking out other coach companies before booking. Also I was told they are only picking up from Hull 33 miles away from my home which was a lie as other travellers was getting picked up and dropped off 14 miles away from my house in Bridlington. So on the way back I asked to be dropped off at Bridlington as the coach is going to Bridlington, but I was told to get off the coach at Hull. I had to wait 2 hours for public transport from Hull so I didn't get home until 9pm, but if I was dropped off at Bridlington I would of got home for 7pm. Besides travelling with a terrible coach company I really did enjoy Liverpool and the coronation street tour.
