Went to the Travel Centre at 5pm tonight after work to buy a train ticket for tomorrow only to find the centre had closed early today. However there were 3 staff on the ticket barriers. When I went to ask them why one of them could not be in the ticket office they just laughed. Utter professionalism at its worst!!! As a result I can not travel on the train tomorrow!!!
Only ever had good experiences here. Visit Hull occasionally and staff have been helpful.
