Dianne was amazing with helping support the booking of our honeymoon. She was patient and took the time to go through everything thoroughly with me. I had called for support following viewing online. She was able to price match what i had seen and get this booked. she explained every step and i would definatley use her again for future trips. Thank you x

My favourite TUI, the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much for them. James recently booked my holiday and really helped with his knowledge of where to stay and other tips and again nothing was too much trouble :) Extremely happy with the service from this TUI store. Thank you guys!

We recently had our wedding in Punta Cana, that was booked through TUI King Edward Street last May. The wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more! There were a few issues along the way regarding the hotel, but all of the staff in store were always so professional, but also personal and understanding to any concerns I raised. I would like to especially thank Rebecca, Emily 2 and Laura in dealing with my complaint. Exceptional service and a credit to the team. Thank you for helping me book my dream wedding, and for being there when I needed you.

Fantastic service from Holly k . She booked my honeymoon to Cape Verde and made sure every detail was taken care of. From flights to accommodation & a romantic night stargazing. everything sounds perfect. Highly recommend for an stress-free, dreamy honeymoon! 💕🌴️✈️️️️ 5/5 stars
