Laura Perkins was so patient and helpful today, booking a holiday for a family of 17 but 6 different paying families. Wanting to make sure we got the best deal for everyone and to go through everything detail so everyone knew what it was costing each family. Enjoy your flowers Laura xx

We went in to the Kingswood Branch of TUI hoping to get some help booking our first ever family holiday abroad - we'd tried looking online at various companies but decided it was best to leave it to the experts. We were extremely lucky to have Jess talk us through the whole thing and offer advice. Jess was brilliant from start to finish - we were all really impressed with her! We came with our daughter who is only four - Jess even managed to make her feel involved & kept her entertained whilst we talked through the boring grown up things. Jess answered all our questions and was very professional, friendly & took all the stress out of the booking process. We were totally lost trying to do it online - I'd highly recommend going in to the Kingswood TUI branch as everyone there was so friendly & approachable. Jess was a star and clearly an enormous asset to TUI :) she even managed to put up with my partner being a wind up, all with a smile & good humour. Thank you TUI & mostly thank you Jess for helping us plan our trip to Florence ❤️

Book fake holidays, take your money and then cancel on you. Then you have to wait for your money back, all they can do is apologise and put phone down on you even though it's their fault. Disgusting Customer Service. Would give no stars if possible
