Staff here helped us track down the owners of a cat who had been staying at my house over serval months. This lead to said cats owners asking if we wanted to adopt her, which we did. Registered her here after experiencing friendly customer service from the team. Had her first check up appointment last week and couldn't be happier with the warm welcome and quality of care and advice we've been given. Top team!
All the staff at medivet on Chanterlands Avenue are extremely friendly and caring towards both me and my pup Winston. Wouldn’t want anyone else to care for Winston.
The practice was amazing at getting us in for our emergency with Teddy (even though it was home time). The team were very welcoming and made us feel at ease very quickly. They made Teddy feel better in no time. Thank you so much for all your help.
Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and made myself and my pets relaxed.
