I was worried to go to a more independent place but I have purchased 2 washers and a freezer. All spot on. Seems ran by decent guys. I believe the bad reviews are from the old business owners time. A lot of the old staff were fired from my understanding.

I had brought a Siemens washer / dryer : and spoke to the son of old boss. I had specifically asked for the transport bolts to be taken off. He persuaded me not too, Broken 10-12 weeks, no return even though I was abroad and worker not speaking English stuff it don’t listen to customer u know best, Broken 10-12 weeks Ha HA . Came back 1 year later to buy a washing machine was going to buy Samsung brand again the Boss man persuaded me to different Brand route, broken in 1- 2 months, no return, HA HA. Explained the two stories, just a moment of shoulders and assistant called to boss Ha HA, I got no return or part refund, that wasted time . DON't Listen to a word boss man Says, as he'll take down the bouncer road..,,HA HA ,. Strange, blunt, frustrating , Why and weird. I don't care either now, that I have written this review.

They are so untruthful and very poor customer service. I bought a gas cooker from them, unfortunately 2 out of the 4 burners weren't working, so I contacted them, they said their engineers can't repair that an exchange would be better that I should call a gas engineer to remove the old one that they will get me a new one that week, I agreed and did as told, only for them not to bring it as promised. I rang them and they denied it that they didn't tell me they will do an exchange after making me to waste money. Up till now they keep posting me and lying to me.despite going to their office severall.y.They are so full of lies 😭🤮

They are very happy to take your money but they are liars. One of them asked me that I'm happy to give 5 pounds more for water hose. I said ok but when the washing machine was arrived the pipe was not included. It was my mistake because I not checked back of the machine so now is too late to prove that fact. But I still state that's not ok for clients. The deliver man was alone and ask me for help. That's also not fair because I'm older person and I've paid for delivery. So not recommended. This is not a business. This is a mess. Avoid that address, that's my opinion.

I have bought from this company a few times in the past and never had an issue. Until recently. I bought and paid for a tumble dryer. It didn't work. The engineer said it couldn't be repaired so it was replaced... But after waiting for two weeks for the engineer to call round to look at it despite promises it would be "today sometime" daily for the two weeks. The replacement was tested by them to "work" and so we tried to dry clothes. After 7 hours the clothes were still not dry, the engineer said it had a non repairable fault with the condenser pump. They said it would be replaced again. Every day for a week they promise it will be delivered anytime upto 9 pm, and every day it never appears. The shop staff say it's up on the list for "today" and even claim it's been delivered but then say it was left off the delivery in error.... They offer awarrentythey are not prepared to honour.
