This bakery never fails to deliver the most beautiful, delicious cakes. After many visits to Trinity for an indulgent sweet treat, I chose Cinnamon for my wedding cake. Wow, what a fantastic job Emilia did! Three scrumptious layers, exquisitely decorated, and looked just perfect on our special day. Great price too. This small, independent, plant-based business is flawless.

We contacted Cinnamon Bakery earlier this year to ask whether they produce cakes for celebrations, specifically our wedding in September. As we had two vegan guests we wanted something that all could enjoy. After our initial chat and meeting, nothing was too much trouble. We had an idea in mind and were given different options for size, decorations and tiers. On the day of the wedding the cake was delivered and put together and we couldn’t have been happier. All our guests commented on how lovely it looked and even more so on how great it tasted!! Thank you Cinnamon Bakery. We come as often as we can, visit most weeks, the whole family to choose cakes for a Saturday treat. Just the best, cakes, cookies and today Pumpkin pie - sublime!

We saw a sign saying “plant-based bakery” so took a look. The service was brilliant in advising if the bakes had nuts in them. We got a cinnamon bun and biscoff cake to take away. They were absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend and will 1000000% be back again to see what other tasty bakes they have!

Drawn in by the Cinnamon as it's a favourite of mine. The cinnamon buns were sold out so opted for a biscoff cake and I'm glad I did as it was the most delicious cake I've ever had - I truly cannot describe just how good it was. The cakes are made onsite by the lovely lady, who took time to have a chat. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend the food.
