Millies Cookie's Hull Princes Quay

Definitely an unconventional way to have a birthday cake, but no complaints for Lisa as to the quality of it - well packaged, well made, and something I'll definitely consider having again next year.

Good Morning, I am writing first of all to say that I have been using Millie cookies for as long as I can remember and have been getting my daughter and stepdaughter the double cookie birthday cookies- Every year they have always been exceptional however This year I called up to order one double cookie and asked if they can do a mini one with the number 100 on as it was a personal request from my daughter as it’s was for her 15th. This week (2/12) They said sure no problem- I picked the cookie up on 1/12 at lunch for Hull store When I went to pick it up the cookie looked amazing as always and when asked about the mini one they said they can’t do it because then everyone will not buy the large ones! But I had ordered a large one as well - Then when I gave it to my daughter for her birthday the next day it we cut into it- the cookie was soft , it was crumbling in to pieces the bottom layer fell of and wasn’t stuck down at all - this was disappointing as it was a tradition that we get every year then the whole family come around and have some and the whole cookie was just breaking up - this has never happened before and I paid a-lot of money for this as it was a double cookie- and I shop during the year there as well- I would like to talk to some one about why this has happened and request some kind of refund or something as it’s wasn’t the Millie’s cookies we like- and makes me think I will not come again

Was hoping to get some Millie's cookies while out shopping- the woman serving was stood have a casual chat with a man and woman- seemed to know them personally. I patiently waited for a while- my husband got impatient and said he wasn't waiting and started to walk away but I continued to wait. The couple turned around and said to the server "there's a woman waiting to be served" and she said "yeah I know there is" and continued to not acknowledge me and continue her casual chat. I'm all about patience but I was stood for 10-15 minutes waiting for them to finish having a chat and the woman serving did not care at all. You'd think with the lack of business and foot fall declining in this shopping centre, they'd be keen for the custom!

My daughter is not a cake lover but is very much a cookie lover she has had one of your giant cookie for the passed 10years for her birthday and it’s always a double one. Thanks to the staff for amazing as always 👏 she was picking at it before we got home 😂

Tastes just as good as it looks! My son was so happy with this staff was so lovely
