2 stars because I've met some of their nice staff, however, I was quite displeased being told that they wouldn't service my bike because, they stopped supplies from the manufacturer. Moreover when the said bike had bearing issues, one of the guy told me I was going to have to change the wheels entirely, both wheels, I nearly fell into it, had to take it to halfords where they sorted it in a week, turned out that the hub was just faulty and needed replacing!! Moreover, I feel some of them cater more to rich people!! If you're middle-class, I'd avoid!
Bought my first electric road bike - Scott Contessa Addict. Lovely staff who answered all questions and provided lots of information. Would definitely go back to them again. I love my bike already and have been all over on it in the last couple of weeks. I know I'm going to get a lot use and great pleasure out of it.
Excellent service. I brought in two seized brake caliper pins that I urgently needed removing ahead of a race in two days. By the time I got home, I’d already received a call saying they’d managed to remove the first one — I was able to collect it the same day. Really impressed with the speed and quality of the service.
I have always had a great experience using CPC. Even though I have a handcycle they meet my needs and sort my handcycle out. I find them extremely helpful and always polite. Great value for money and I would always recommend them without doubt.
Incompetent or Scammers that will try to extort money out of you for things you don’t need… I went in to ask for help with my bike brake, from dropping it the handle had shifted so close to the handlebar I couldn’t grab only the handlebar. I KNOW this is a quick fix and only requires an Allen key in the break handle to release it again. Upon entering, one guy looks at the handle from a distance and says it’s completely broken and doesn’t even take a moment to actually look at. He then calls his other colleague who comes and does the same. I say it only needs an Allen key he says okay, goes and gets a star key (what even?!), barely turns it and says the threads are gone and I need new brakes at £50 each… I returned home got an Allen key and did it within 30 seconds… never ever returning here for anything
