Great bikes and associated products, but what sets this place apart is the service. I recently bought a bike for my wife and they made sure that we found the best bike to suit her needs. As we didn’t have a car big enough for the bike they delivered it to our home at a time to suit us. My wife wanted to learn some basic maintenance such as changing the inner tubes, the staff, in particular Al, was fantastic. He patiently showed her how to do it and made sure she was confident in what she was doing. Great service from great guys, plus the bike comes with a free check over. I would recommend to anyone.
Been using Minster Cycles for a few years now and I can't recommend them enough. Best bike shop in the area in my experience whether your buying a bike, parts or just want some servicing. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they will advise you based on their professional experience and opinions. We can all say we can get things cheaper on the Internet but an Internet shop won't fit it and the customer service after the sale is worth the tiny amount more you pay here.
After searching for a cycle over numerous stores I settled for a bike from this shop. I had great advice and no pressure sales. Picked it up today but wasn't happy with the mudguards fitted ( prob a misunderstanding as I ordered this over the phone as an extra) . It was no problem , they whipped off and replaced it in no time with an alternative. Looking fwd to a good customer relationship with this company .
Poorly ran place. Cant even tell between a m5 and m6 bolt. Way overpriced. Lucky to even get one star. Customer service is shocking. Also very overpriced. They are plenty more bike shops locally that are a lot cheaper and have better customer service skills. Also wanted to charge a friend of mine £24 to put some 'FREE AIR' in a rear shock
What great staff!! Highly recommended. I popped in to ask for a written quote for the insurance company after having my bike stolen. I was looked after with care and attention even with some sympathy for my recent theft. I will definitely go back!!
