Came in today with a broken chain. Fixed it free of charge using a piece of chain lying around to get me back. Wouldn’t take any money. Great service, thanks for sorting me out
Visited a week ago and was given some sound advice on some hydraulic brakes. I returned to the store today to have them fitted. Excellent advice, and a top notch job. Will definitely be going back and would absolutely recommend them 😊
I bought my bike from here very friendly service. After having an issue with my brakes they fixed it no problem and even screwed back on my wobbly wheel guard at the back and leveled out my handles. Thank you so much!!!

I guess it's the luck of the draw as to who serves you here. A week ago I popped in just before closing time to see if they would repair my bike. Was told it needed a new gear cassette and chain, and cost £50. Told to come back after weekend as they are waiting for more parts to arrive. Popped in on Tuesday and saw a different guy who said the parts were in, so as I was in my car, arranged to come with my bike on Friday, today. Saw another guy today, a bit grumpy, who said they didn't have the right cassette and suggested I take it to another shop as they only do minor repairs. Didn't see the point in arguing the toss, as I'd rather go somewhere else if that's the kind of service they want to give. A real shame. They are so close to where I work and would have been happy to give them all my business in future if treated better.
