I have spent hundreds of pounds and countless hours in the store over the years as a long term customer. I remember where the store was in the old location it’s been that long. I get that everyone needs to make a profit, pay the rent pay the staff and I like the idea of supporting my local LGS, however when you have a sign in store that says you will give 50% any card value towards your next store purchase. I would expect you to honour a deal that you Advertise so Heavily with a massive poster. For my Bulk I was expecting 10p a card, after all you single basic lands for 20p. I was not even asking for cash I was asking for store credit of my next purchase. I don’t think 10p a card is too much. Saddly today it seems it was. I do now know if I could continue to support a store that I know is offering so little. Today I spent over £70 with you and I think it will be the last time I do.

Amazing shop, has everything I need as a pokemon TCG collector. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Has so much to offer and overall great experience every time you walk in.

Every time I visit, it’s a complete joke. I’m always offered very little cash for my cards, and they even offer just a few quid for graded cards. Seriously—£18 for four graded cards, and they don’t even bother researching them properly, just using raw prices. What? It’s absolutely disgusting. And Rob shaking his head at me every time he sees me? Completely unprofessional customer service every time I go in. What’s the point of having places like this in Hull? Total waste of time. Same goes for the other card shops—just as bad. 😑 ---

A great place, went to a mtg gaming night met some really lovely people who wanted to play and talk. staff always friendly going above and beyond plus the shop is full things for every nerd. 10/10 will be in again

An amazing shop. Great vibes and so much product covering Warhammer, Magic, Pokémon, comics, board games. Thank God I had my wife with me otherwise our bank account would be empty!
