A very good, upfront, and honest service. The books were realistically valued and collected from home saving a great deal of trouble and expense. Alan was extreemly easy to deal with and kept us informed about arrangements to pick up the books. The books were collected as arranged and Alan even provided his own boxes which he loaded himself. Highly recommended.

My brother in law collected military books all his life, they were part of who he was. Sadly, at the end of his life he had to go into care and we were left with the uneviable task of emptying and selling his home to pay for it. His books were part of who he was and we wanted to honour his passion by passing them to other people who would love them as much as he did. We had no idea where to start. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, he fully understood that for us, it wasn't just about the books, it was about my brother in law's legacy. We knew that not only would the books be loved by their new owners but that the money was helping to make my brother in law as comfortable as possible in his last days. We are incredibly grateful to Alan for everything he did for us, for being so understanding and making a horrible task so much easier to bear. I cannot recommend him enough.
