Terrible experience with Flannels. I bought an item that developed a fault in just one month, and the store refused to take any responsibility. For the prices they charge, the quality should last much longer, and the customer service should be far better. Instead, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me stuck with a faulty product. Horrible service – I will not shop here again.

so good i could spend all day there just looking at stuff the works are so nice and friendly and will help you with anything i was looking for a jumper and they spent 15 minutes trying to find the right size

Manager Tom was fantastic. He went out of his way to quickly restock some Louboutin sneakers for me to try a size with no intention to purchase, as the colour I am looking for is no longer stocked. He was approchable, chatty and very helpful. I will absolutely be back, and I hope Tom gets the credit he deserves. He is a credit to the store.

I visited the Hull store on Saturday and experienced great service and bought two great items however the one star relates to my visit today to Meadowhall. I chose an item with a Sale tag and a reduced price only to be told at the point of pay that it, and other items had the wrong price on them, no apology or sorry, I was not prepared to pay the ticket price and walked.
