The lady in the store was very helpful, she rang other shops for a dress my friend had fallen in love with but wanted it in the green. The other store in Leeds was very accommodating too as they held it for her. My friend was very happy with the outcome. So a very big "THANK YOU" from me on her behalf 💖💖 Take care & stay safe ☺

Had a problem using my Christmas gift cards online as you could not use multiple cards. Eventually someone at main office amalgamated them onto 1 card and I was successful. Unfortunately my jacket was not suitable and I had to return it but my refund was not processed correctly. I rang my local shop in Princes Quay and spoke to a lady called Amanda who was extremely helpful and sorted out my refund problems for me and really went the extra mile. I love Roman styles and quality fashion and will remain a loyal customer even after this" hiccup"

Always good quality clothing at reasonable prices. Courteous helpful staff in our hull branch. A pleasure to visit. Can always find something for a special occasion as well as casual wear.

Beautiful clothes, and the two ladies who work there on a Wednesday are so patient and helpful . I am well pleased with my purchases and the help I received from them. I will definitely return to buy more clothes from this shop.
