Returned an item I had bought in the wrong size and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone to find out why I have not been refunded. Have done. PayPal dispute and had one email asking what was wrong and then nothing since my reply over a week ago.

Not one polo shirt, cheaply made limited stock, no old school shirts to write home about. We love our club, (since 1975 myself), and we'd love to wear and exhibit club merchandise with pride, we can't at the moment 😡

Great staff, helpful, friendly, The clothes sold hear, are fantasticly made, brilliant quality! Affordable. You can buy items in the sale, less than half price. Best thing about this place.....ITS HULL CITY...ONE FAMILY....ONE DREAM!

Only open match days. Staff at the box office are extremely unhelpful and have a rubbish attitude toward paying customers.
