Very great and amazing customer service. Friendly and nice staff in a nice environment. I brought my laptop here for repair, it was checked freely without charges; though, I couldn’t proceed with the repair because the cause of the repair is as good as buying the new one. The guy that attended to me was very nice and helpful.
Big thanks to the technician who repaired my Lenovo all-in-one PC that suddenly stopped working. After contacting both Lenovo & Currys tech support that weren't much help, somebody recommended PC Shack. I took the PC to them and they were brilliant, communicating with me during the diagnostics and getting the fault fixed on the PC, and now its back working which I very much needed for my work. A nice little computer shop. The store was nice and clean. Staff were well presented, friendly, polite and had great knowledge of their products. The store is small on the customer side so not so much can be displayed. How ever, If you ask for what else they have they have different stock in the back which they can bring you to look at. If your looking for a PC monitor they have the cheapest high spec ones I can find anywhere. The brand they have is not sold to any other local stores.
