Bought a pistol and now an SMG, Scott- Frank n' Oliver are genuinely amazing people with expert level knowledge, they won't try n' sell you stuff you clearly won't need/aren't good and are brutally honest with what might fit your playstyle. I know a lot of people have bad experiences from the delivery side of things, however I haven't found this to be an issue because I live locally but from my personal experience they're nothing but fantastic people who deserve a lot of respect. It's a small business and super speedy delivery isn't always possible- especially when their most popular brands have to be imported in, especially Tokyo Marui- to put it simply, cut them some slack n' treat the staff like human beings. I've seen reviews about the phone lines, again with my experience they've always answered their landline phone, amazing conversations and amazing free customer service/advice on the phones as well. Their Unit26 Site is top notch as well, best CQB this side of the river! Frank runs it with Steve, amazing marshals and always impartial, always hilarious. TL;DR, Amazing staff n' people, especially their experience and willing to dumb stuff down cause God knows I'm stupid gun wise haha. Yes they have their issues with deliveries- that much is obvious, but given it's a small business and they have to import 80% of their stock I see it as completely understandable. Could not be happier with the community here, well done lads.

Ordered over 2 and 1/2 weeks ago only received confirmation email of order funds taken no response from loads of emails no response on phones on any option selected. Lack of communication leads to complaints a simple response to any of my emails would of stopped my negative feedback

What a great bunch of lads. Super helpful, very passionate and knowledgeable. Oliver in particular gave us great advice and had a lot of time for us whilst my son chose which equipment he wanted to spend his savings on. Overall excellent service.

I went in today to purchase some stuff and I was happy with the stuff I bought, the staff was helpful and very respectful, But either way I loved being there and just by going in there and seeing all their equipment and more made my day, even tho I didn’t get all the stuff I wanted I still loved just walking in and seeing the place, I highly recommend this place

Made an order online months ago. Never even shipped according to their website. Called & emailed multiple times and haven't gotten someone to answer the phone or reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
