Walked past on Sunday and overheard a member of staff shouting at another colleague, swearing, was children in the shop and walking past, was disgusting, management need words
Been shopping here today some great bargains but omg the music makes you get out quick instead of browsing. Surely something a bit more upbeat would make customers stay in store longer and buy more. Instead you need to get out as quick as possible to get away from the so called music
I take our girls (13 & 9) most Sundays to buy treats and we love it. The checkout staff are so friendly & chatty. It’s never the pound shop for us, usually £30 plus. A bargain all the same x The staff def need more recognition for the great service to their customers x
The service i received in the north point store was excellent. the assistant called rob noticed me coming to the till with a large selection of goods and offered to carry them to the till for me . he was friendly , polite, and made me aware of items on offer on the till. the good atmosphere made me want to return to shop there in the future.
Really helpful staff who know their products. Good pricing and an excellent range of products. Enjoyable experience.
