One of your staff rescued a pigeon that had been injured by a car outside the shop yesterday, Monday, he kept the pigeon in a locked car park until I was able to attend. He was the most compassionate man I have ever met and I really hope he is as valued as he should be. He was a perfect gentlemen with me and i want to thank him and let you know you are lucky to have him. Dont know his name but he was wearing a hi viz and seemed to be working in the back. Well done fella. Hope you do really well.
Could not fault the two guys who collected the items we donated today. Very friendly, and took care with handling the items and putting them in the van. Hope you manage to find good homes for the items and they help with raising funds for the hospice.

Had ian and Neil delivere to my home today extremely difficult to get in but these guys were so patient whist we took doors off, they tried everything and eventually got my item in, absolutely thrill with it, but without these two it definitely wouldnt of happened.
Had a bedroom set delivery today just wanted to say the delivery drivers were fantastic very helpful and polite great service
