Brooke ceramics have been amazing! Due to a mistake on my part I accidentally split my web order in two. The office/shop staff were really helpful, a pleasure to speak with on the phone and were able to help me quickly. My pallet arrived quickly and in very good condition. I was kept up to date throughout on my order. The samples I ordered (before the bigger purchase) all arrived quickly and in very good condition. I’d happily use Brooke Ceramics again, and happily recommend them to friends
Wanted 4.5m² of 330mm floor tiles to include a 8.6 linier border and was quoted £1465 😂 Whilst the showroom is very impressive I get the feeling that its a case of "all the gear but no idea". The lady took an age to work out how much I needed and came up with that price which I'm convinced she got her calculations wrong..
Although our kitchen makeover is not yet finished, I just wanted to share a quick pic of how beautiful our tiles look. We ordered these from Brooke Ceramics a good few months ago and although the courier damaged/dropped our original order, Brooke were amazing and had another pallet of tiles shipped to us within 48 hours. So so impressed with this company and just over the moon with our purchase. Thank you, Brook Ceramics.
Wanted some help and there wasnt anybody about. Went to the till area and a women with glasses was on the computer didn't take notice when I needed help.
Nice variety of wall and floor tiles and the bathroom showroom ideas look beautiful. Good prices and all tools needed are available too.
