Steve at Hull is fabulous! Very friendly and polite, there was no feeling of being pressured at all. He was helpful and we felt very relaxed. Our whole experience has been wonderful. He helped us in everything from picking the right material to the measurements. He's a lovely character, full of smiles and jokes Which made our experience better. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

Avoid using this company whenever possible. They have excellent sales staff, friendly and smiling, and a very beautiful showroom. I have nothing to complain about there. But their customer service is terrible—phones are always unreachable, emails are only answered sometimes. They always tell you to give them 72 hours, yet they never solve anything. After a month, not any issue was resolved; my patience is exhausted. I ordered three beds; two arrived wrong—either damaged or missing parts. What looked stunning in the showroom arrived as a pile of rubbish, hugely disappointing. Returning them.

Mark at hull Fantastic at customer services. Really attentive to customers needs and experiences. Wide range of knowledge on multiple products. Super helpful from start to finish and answered any question. Made me feel really comfortable and confident with my purchase. Will definitely be back. Hope to see mark again soon. Excellent service given by the whole team at Ncf but we specifically dealt with Courtney who was fantastic. She politely greeted us as we walked into the store advising us on the layout of the shop and where we would find different styles of sofa. She then left us to it and was around for help if we needed. We instantly fell in love with the Howarth range, however we left and had a look at the other sofa stores within the retail park to make sure of what we wanted. This was not a problem at all and we did not feel awkward by doing so. After browsing in the other stores we were still set on the sofa suite we’d seen in Ncf so returned to make decisions on sizes/colours and then make the purchase via Courtney. Not only did we love the sofa but as a salesperson Courtney really did make us feel at ease and relaxed, never once pressured into a sale, which put us off the other stores we visited on the same day. We requested a delay in delivery due to personal circumstances which was not a problem at all, and there was the option for warranty on the suite which we also purchased for peace of mind. Overall 5 star service, as well as a great choice of sofas/furniture…would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really not happy with ncf living. They get you to wright a good review before u leave. The after care is shocking . They lied about the sofa and refused to sort it out . They said its perfect sofa for a cat family home . My cats can't even jump on it with out marking it . Went into shop and was called a liar head office called and they was very rude on the phone and was shouting and talking over me . We have had the sofa now for a couple of months and it needs recovering ,glad we got cover on it . Stay away from this place
