We were recommended Serendipity and Anne specifically whilst looking at organising our wedding. When we met Anne she went through everything, provided a detailed breakdown of what she thought we would need whilst listening to what we wanted. Then behind the scenes she went about arranging it all, in the process she created what I can only say was a phenomenal set up, everything was well beyond what we were expecting. The attention to detail was amazing and she transformed what was a typical seminar room into a beautiful and amazing wedding reception where we had one of the best nights of our lives. Thank you so much, we are so thankful you were there to arrange it for us. Absolutely wonderful shop. Their displays are the most beautiful I have seen and they have a brilliant selection of cards, gifts and wrapping paper. The staff are so lovely, helpful and kind. I have been a customer for a while and will continue to do so. Thanks Serendipity.
Lovely store my husband has bought me gifts from here before, I was walking by the other day & couldn't help but notice the beautiful christmas globes all lit up in the window, automatically made me smile & the owner ( I think) saw my face & said hello which was nice. They really do have beautiful products & the prices are very reasonable & the staff are always friendly a must to visit for small homeware ornaments, cards & gifts.
Been into Serendipity a couple of times for birthday items such as cards, balloons, banners, and badges. It is a wonderful little shop, and the staff never fail to put a smile on my face. I will always choose to shop locally in here, the prices are so reasonable, and the customer service is always amazing!
