Just had a little shopping this morning. Customer service was absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend.
How anyone can give last then 5 stars for Macs is beyond me. The stock they hold for a shop of this size is mind-boggling...it's a cross between a tardis and Mary Poppins handbag. All of the items I have purchased over the years have been of good quality and in majority of cases match what you can get from better known outlets. However, the key selling point is that you can purchase single items that are usually part of a much larger and more expensive multipack. This includes screws, nuts, nails, bolts, dowel (8p each today), etc Always top service and advice only offered if requested. Keep up the good work!
Best tool shop there is. Easy as that. Owner is one of the nicest people I met. Always giving his best...if you buy make shopping for a £1 or £100 doesn't matter. Always made my day easier :)
Staple of the area, pop in on the odd occasion for things i don’t know where else to find, always find what I’m after at Mac’s
