Had a lovely buying experience with Beaverbrooks Princes Quay. I went in undecided on two watches, staff member Claire was very helpful and ordered both watches for me to try on in person. They arrived fast and I was able to make a better decision seeing these two watches in person. Online shopping is really restricted in this way and this is the reason Beaverbrooks’ store is so important to Hull. Thanks again, Jon

We went to Beaverbrooks today to shop for wedding rings. We where attended to by Jackie. She was a delight to have with us to choose our forever rings with. She made the experience one to remember forever. Thanks Jackie you’re a diamond!
Excellent customer service!! I recently visited Beaverbrooks and was welcomed by India who was absolutely lovely. In fact, all the other staff ( especially Jamie) were equally as nice. They couldn't do enough for me, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I was made to feel comfortable and valued as a customer without feeling any pressure to purchase anything. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Most obnoxiously patronising unprofessional staff at a store I have ever met. I have purchased tens of thousands worth of jewellery in a more seamless way than here! Absolutely over priced crap that I used out of shortness of time due to xmass however lesson learnt! I am specifically speaking about their princess Quay store. No experience with any other.
