Got a great price for a bit of gold and purchased a gorgeous ring. Also, got a cheap price for a repair on a bracelet and they even repaired a chain clasp for free. Great, friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
After purchasing a high end watch from here. It stopped working just as the short warranty finished.. I only wore it a handful of times during this time.. I had to pay a further 550.00..for a service from a reputable dealership.. I’ve stopped using this establishment now..
Absolutely fantastic service! Took my platinum engagement ring in to be resized and they had it finished by the next day! Really brilliant prices compared to other "big name" jewellers and the ring is flawless. 100% recommend.
Purchased a secondhand watch. Battery was a bit low so new one fitted at no charge. Friendly and obliging staff.
The work the jeweller does is very good. He is pleasant and approachable. However the female member of staff in the shop who serves the customers lacks customer care. She is grumpy, very impatient, unwelcoming and irritable. This has happened several times over the last few months and it is quite off putting.
