Went into Luxe Hull looking for a specific item for a gift, and though they didn't have it in stock the staff did everything possible to find me a stockist or to order one in on time for me. Even called around other stores for me. Excellent customer service!
Popped into the store with a necklace that had unfortunately broken, it was a gift so I didnt have proof of purchase but was willing to pay for repair. A lady called Sadie had the best customer service manners and to my surprise gave me a replacement , really happy customer Thank you 😊🙏🏼

Took in a pair of earrings which were out of warranty which had broken. Just hoping they would be able to send of for repair and was given a brand new pair. Lovely staff and very helpful. A very appreciative customer.
My wife and I popped into Hugh rice to look at a couple of pieces of jewellery the staff are truly nice people and don't push you into the sale. We dealt with a Guy called Luke who could not be more helpful and could not do enough for us, again he did not push for the sale. I have come across many sales men and he is by far the best! He is an asset to your company. Thanks Jamie & Sam
