As a first-time customer, I was thoroughly impressed with my purchase and anticipate becoming a repeat client. The service was exceptionally prompt, and the product quality exceeded my expectations. Despite being a pre-owned item, it arrived in pristine, like-new condition. The packaging also presented a delightful and thoughtful touch.

Lovely ammolite yellow gold ring purchased from this seller. This is a gemstone uncommonly found in UK jewellery so I was thrilled to find a UK shop that had something I've wanted a while now. Very prompt dispatch time, lovely packaging and ring in it's box arrived in a very sturdy postage packet. This is second time I've bought from Segal's. Good communication at time of dispatch.

Came across Segal's by chance, they had an item I had been looking for and at a very competitive price. The ordering and payment system was easy to navigate and use. Received quick responses/updates and when it turned up today WOW! The packing and gift wrapping were fantastic. Unfortunately it is unlikely I will be able to get up to visit the shop but based on this purchase I will certainly keep a close eye on their site. Fantastic.

A few years ago, I bought a beautiful Platinum Diamond engagement ring for my wife. As a student at the time, I managed to save everything I could and put it into what I could afford at the time. The two men I dealt with were absolutely fantastic and the entire experience was something that remained with me, and would have for the rest of my life. However. My wife recently went to Segal's again recently with the ring. She was greeted by a middle aged lady and told her she was interested in potentially selling this ring (upgrading later) and that it was bought for almost £900. The response she received was absolutely disgusting. "I don't think so. It won't have been anywhere near that sweetie". Once assured it was, the woman wasn't even willing to entertain the idea unless a receipt was produced. My wife, having our toddler with her at the time, didn't take the bait and just left. Well, here's the bloody receipt. I hope that woman will reflect on her actions, how it's sullied once beautiful memories. We will now have it appraised elsewhere to determine whether Segal's ripped us off back then, or tried ripping us off this time. In either case, extremely poor customer service. Avoid.

Received my charms today, absolutely love them. Quick delivery and easy process. Will 100% be using again. Love the fact all items were individually gift wrapped to! Thank you. One very very happy customer
