Seems good to me, although prices are not really a great bargain. I went on Sunday morning, not too crowded, I hate crowded markets.
As someone who is disabled now and in a wheelchair i was amazed at how suitable the surface was. Easy to get around and for once an enjoyable experiebce rather than having to deal with an assault course or rocky terrain like so many other carboots.
The market use to be great on a Wednesday and sundays but last time was only 7 stalls and not a lot their no meat van or anything
There's nothing there any more. Really disappointed when I recently visited Walton Street Market - its all but gone. This place used to be HUGE fair to say on a par with Skirlington. Just a handful of market stalls and the rest was sketchy car boot, most of which appeared to be rogues selling the rubbish they'd collected. Its not often I walk away from a market and car boot empty handed but this place has declined to the point of being unrecognisable.
Good open air market/boot sale. Plenty of parking and all on hard ground. Loads of different stuff but still plenty of space to grow as the summer approaches. Hope to visit again once the summer is here!
