Excellent Customer Service. Extremely helpful when sending a number of large parcels this week. Took great care with every parcel. These were then stored safely and securely. Very, very friendly, polite and welcoming to me as a new customer. Highly Recommend for the parcel service. The Store is very clean and a great choice of items.

Fantastic. Welcoming friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble . The Post Office staff are very knowledgeable and it really is a pleasure to shop here. So much easier than driving into the city centre to visit the bank.They even went out of their way to order in cigarettes that they didn't stock.

Amelia and rimmy was so helpful I'm the shop when I went in on Sunday they provided amazing customer service and Amelia went out her way to help me her customer service was fantastic I definitely will use here now over any other postoffice they deserve more then 5 stars id give them 10 if could thank you so much for ur help

Such a lovely welcoming shop with lovely staff. The girls on the Post Office are so warming & friendly. I come all the way from Bilton just for the use of the Post Office as they are very helpful when I need to send a parcel or withdraw/deposit cash. 10/10 always

Terrible! The owner surge served me last week I chose a bottle of water to buy. Paid using card then the error was sorry it’s declined. Same process 3 times. My bank pin is my house number on repeat. Walked out and went to the off-licence across the road. Here u cannot use contactless as this cost him more money To have this function. Good job that they is more than 1 post office in hull as I won’t ever return. Ask me financial question on money whilst was shopping. This post office I rate, 1.2 out of 10.
