Very fair prices offered for resale items. I was more than happy with what I was offered for the items I took in to sell. Bearing in mind they have to take something of a punt as they often cannot fully test items at time of sale so they are inevitably going to get sold some junk that looks OK but is actually not. They will be working on slim resale profits for many items and they also have VAT to consider.

Easily the best pawn shop in east Yorkshire. Great offers and professional friendly staff and Damo, the owner, goes above and beyond to get you what you need. Excellent range of products at the right price. If ever in Hull It's 100% worth a visit. Damo's buy-back service is second to none, and I think, in the area, it's a much needed lifeline, so thank you, Damo, and keep up the great work.

I think I’ve had the best buying experience ever with these guys. They were so concerned my guitar would arrive intact, they actually hand delivered it, going above and beyond the service I’ve experienced before from anyone. I was blown away buy the deal first of all and then the service on top was just amazing. No carriage charge either. You won’t often come across a company who’s bothered and cares this much, a very refreshing change indeed and I can’t speak highly enough about them.. It’s my first time dealing with them and won’t be my last. Proper nice people, use them !!

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I bought some jewelry that was falsely advertised. When I tried to return it and get a refund, the owner flat-out refused. This is unacceptable and poor business practice. Avoid this place if you don't want to be stuck with falsely advertised products and no recourse. Terrible customer service and completely unreliable items. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere!
