Hullbullz raw

First class product, my English bull terrier devours it with obvious relish, and is now a fine, muscular specimen with a shiny coat. Good communication, prompt delivery. Accommodating on a couple of occasions I “ forgot “ to order and needed a quick turn around with my order. I’ve used this supplier for a year now , since my dog was a pup , can’t fault them.

I placed my first order with Hullbullz raw this week, I was able to choose online and have the food delivered, the delivery was great came exactly when they said it would, the food was well packaged. On defrosting I loved the consistency of the food, the bone was much smaller pieces than the raw mix I'd used previously from another company, it was lovely and fresh. I Have ordered in the past from this business and left a five star rating this time I have deleted the five star rating and thought that this review is more apt due to my recent experience I ordered some raw dog food. But had to cancel due to not going to be home reason of unforseen circumstances re parents, I notified the company Hull Bullz they issued my refund but seems to not like issuing and get told not to order from them again. Because she had to pay a small transaction fee to refund. Obviously this put the company in an awkward predicament and the person who owns the business does not like it.word of mouth says alot re a company despite how big or how small and no company is to big or to small to fall. With an attitude by telling me not to order again it's a pleasure to leave this review and it is not done to be spiteful neither don't mind if my money is no good to this company I don't mind if the company doesn't like issuing refunds but under the consumers act I have the rights to cancel an order. Despite if your company is big or small you have to accept that some orders may get cancelled for some reason

Absolutely amazing customer service. Always helpful offering advice. The treats and food are outstanding. I have a dog which has lot of allergies but Hullbullz raw has helped endlessly and we are now making amazing progress. No ask is to big I would highly recommend to everyone x

I have just moved my pooch over and so far so good. She has always been raw fed and was started on the far more expensive brands, But I can honestly say “I wish I knew about Hullbullz from the start” We tried a couple of cheeper brands recently as things are becoming increasingly expensive at every turn and it was very apparent why they were so cheap. Poor quality and large shards of bone present (They went straight in the bin) Hullbullz is what I would call a perfect deal. Their prices are more than reasonable and the quality is possibly the best I’ve seen for this price range. I think they appeal to the average family who want to give their dog the best quality raw diet and not feel ripped off like you do with the larger companies, who spend more on advertising and packaging then they do on the product inside, which at the end of the day is what really matters Keep up the great work, we will using and recommending you going forward.
