She changed everything. From the very first moment, their support has been incredible. They took the time to understand the puppies’ needs, guided me through every step, and provided high-quality raw meals that made an immediate difference. You can see the care and expertise that goes into everything they do — my pups are healthier, stronger, and so much happier because of them. Nothing is ever too much for them. They’re always at the other end of the phone, ready to help, reassure, or answer any question no matter how big or small. She has come out and spent hours supporting mum, helped with nail trims, and even provided microchipping services. Her patience, kindness, and genuine love for the dogs shine through in everything she does. She stepped in when no one else would, and because of her, my puppies are alive today. On a personal level, they’ve supported me just as much as the pups. I’ve been incredibly anxious throughout this whole journey, and they’ve guided me with calm reassurance, compassion, and understanding. They helped me through some of the toughest moments and made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Thanks to them, my puppies not only survived but are truly thriving — and I’ve gained so much confidence as a dog mum.
